Debauchery User ID: 15455863 United States 12/08/2012 12:12 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I am sick as hell. Flu/cold/resp infection or whatever it is and conjunctivitis as well. I have a cough that has been constant for the last 18+ hours, everything hurts, I can't get any relief. The cough is killing me. And the LORD spake, saying, "First shalt thou take out the Holy Pin, then shalt thou count to three, no more, no less. Three shall be the number thou shalt count, and the number of the counting shall be three. Four shalt thou not count, neither count thou two, excepting that thou then proceed to three. Five is right out. Once the number three, being the third number, be reached, then lobbest thou thy Holy Hand Grenade of Antioch towards thy foe, who being naughty in My sight, shall snuff it. I am an evil giraffe, and I shall eat more leaves from this tree than perhaps I should, so that other giraffes may die. |

Quoting: OVRANALYZE Take 100,000 IU daily of Vit. A for 3 days. After 3 days switch over to Vit. D3, 150,000 IU daily for 7 days. After 7 days, back down to 10,000 IU daily until summer when you can spend time outside in the sun. I've been taking 10,000 IU daily for 4 1/2 years & I never get sick. vaccinefreehealth blogspot com The risk far outweighs any benefit as the risk will vary from child to child. facebook.com/graphixyourway |

wesang User ID: 5380867 United States 12/08/2012 01:20 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Everywhere I look or go, people seem to have it! It's all over my neighborhood, my kids friends are bringing it over here when they come to play, people are hacking away and sneezing at the stores. I've also noticed several people with sores around their mouths- I'm not one to be too paranoid about things like this, but I have to say I'm a little freaked out by it. I take 2000 mg. of lypo-spheric vitamin C and 50 mg. of Iodine each day, plus I don't get the flu vaccine and my kids don't go to public school-aka, the petri dish. I'd be very happy if we're able to avoid it this year (and every year for that matter). OP, I'm sending healthy vibes your way- sucks to be sick and I hope you feel better soon. In the past when I would get sick, chicken flavored Ramen noodles with tons of cayenne pepper sprinkled on them (drink the liquid also) has always helped me recover. |

For this, I find Spirulina and Chlorella helpful. I also like Vitamin D3 during the non-summer months to strengthen and regulate the immune system. |

Lots of vitamin C and lots of rest, so I never had to crash from it like everyone else I know did. More of an inconvenience and an excuse to not work outside in the cold for a couple of days. Of course, the people that crashed are also the same people that always take the flu shot. Take what you want of that. |

BG43214 User ID: 18147015 United States 12/08/2012 11:25 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Last time I had the flu was back in the 1970 s...........in my 30's. I had one flu shot and never got another one. Let me tell you why. GERMS CANNOT LIVE IN A HEALTHY BODY. period!!!!!! many will disagree with this, but it's a fact. If we all just tried to eat a little better - cut back on the 'goodies'....as sugar lowers your immunity to disease - we'd all be better off. and how about trying to go to bed at a reasonable hour and getting the sleep your body needs to it can function at its best???????????? and don't forget about washing your hands throughout the day.. but no, these things are just too simple and easy. We have to had doctors and big pharma telling us to 'vaccinate, vaccinate, vaccinate!!!!!!!!!!!' anyway, I fear I'm the 'voice crying in the wilderness' here...... but does ANYONE on here agree with me, at least a little?!?!! - sigh - |
