People are the common folk. Meaning us. keep and bear mean to own and carry on your person. And ARMS means weapons and armaments.

Now liberals say arms are not guns. But if you go back to before the great retardation of america, arms meant guns as in what everyone carried at the time. Since the constitution wasn't specific enough, they feel they can manipulate things to mean what they want them to instead, kinda like the imaginary world they live in inside their heads.
