Anonymous Coward User ID: 30866489 United States 12/26/2012 02:58 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Why? Why chain yourself to someone? And believe me, you NEVER really know someone... Take care of you and if and when the time is right, you might find someone to tie the KNOT with. Just be really sure... not for nothing.. get credit reports, criminal records, etc... cuz you just DON'T KNOW... |
Anonymous Coward User ID: 30903996 United States 12/26/2012 03:20 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Goodluck. Most guys avoid marriage like the plague and with good reason. I married a submissive, she cooks, cleans, does what she is told and is pretty good looking. Obedient, devoted, loving. Serves me well and she is a great cook. And even I wonder at times if it was worth the headache of putting a ring on a womans finger and dealing with her. I cant imagine any guy, or what their reasoning is, in marrying a woman in modern times. The trade off just isn't there with most of them making it worth the price and headache. And from a legal perspective marriage is a huge liability not worth the return and possible ramifications of failure. |

Debauchery User ID: 15455863 United States 12/26/2012 04:03 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I'm guessing once you get married, if you ever do, you'll want to be single. And the LORD spake, saying, "First shalt thou take out the Holy Pin, then shalt thou count to three, no more, no less. Three shall be the number thou shalt count, and the number of the counting shall be three. Four shalt thou not count, neither count thou two, excepting that thou then proceed to three. Five is right out. Once the number three, being the third number, be reached, then lobbest thou thy Holy Hand Grenade of Antioch towards thy foe, who being naughty in My sight, shall snuff it. I am an evil giraffe, and I shall eat more leaves from this tree than perhaps I should, so that other giraffes may die. |

TTown, you must find the man first and then decide if you want to get married. I don't think you can just decide you want to be married like that. After being on your own so long, I don't think you would really like it so much. Have to coordinate your every move just about. But try sites like Match.com or Christianmingle or some dating sites if that's what you really want. Better luck there than here I'd think. Besides there are some really loose cannons on this site. One of the most important aspects of conspiracy theories is being able to discern when there isn't one. Oh yeah, like you'd understand anyway. Where are we going and why am I in this handbasket?. . .J. Handy |

SevenThunders User ID: 15851599 United States 12/26/2012 05:12 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Unfortunately most guys are driven entirely by a woman's appearance. The programming of hormones is insanely powerful, at times overwhelming the intellect. Your best hope therefore is to hit the gym. Concentrate on interval training, core workouts and light weights. That will give you an edge over 90% of your female peers. You'll need to go 4-5 times a week to get started. As for dieting, don't bother. Just eat a healthy diet and avoid all soft drinks and prepared food, sweets and so forth. I wish you success. With man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible |

Wanting to be needed and tired of the femazis?? Quoting: miabelieves After the looks department is handled, most men who are considering marriage want all the traditional role models to be fulfilled. They want to be the masculine provider and they want a nurturing woman to care for home and hearth and raise good children. Unfortunately feminism crushes that dream and leaves both men and women unfulfilled. Raising a family is absolutely full time work! You can not hold down a full time job and be a good wife, it's too difficult for even the super women out there. The end result is that most women will be chronically unfulfilled. Plus with the easy divorce laws and the ability to suck money out of your former spouse, there is no incentive and even a disincentive to stay married. Women initiate 2/3 of all divorces. So the cycle of abuse continues. Rotten kids then get raised by single mothers. Apparently that's what the Rockefellers wanted, so we have to live with it for now. With man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 30903996 United States 12/26/2012 06:09 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | for instance, from what I recall. college educated people were less likely to get married, more likely to remain married once married. lower income females were more likely to get married, and but more likely to get divorced. single women top the poverty rates in the united states, raising like fifteen percent of the children in the u.s.a. below the poverty line. Wealthy people were actually the LEAST likely to get divorced and had the longest marriages. Wealthy people were less likely to come from single parent homes themselves. Two income households had more income than single income household in the top 30 to 70 percent income group. However single income households in that same range and even in the ranges above actually had more WEATLH and assets accumulated though they were single income households. So two income households made more income, but actually accumulated less wealth. when polled majority of the upper percentages of wealth and income described themselves as "somewhat traditional" marriages and somewhat conservative households. you can look it up for yourself. But he statistics I read at least were a feminist or liberals worst night mare. Everything pointed to the fact that two family parenting in traditional households was clearly more successful in income, offspring, and wealth accumulation. With the wealthier less likely to divorce and less likely to have offspring end up in poverty. |
