Your four dates reverse to two alternatives:

2/11 - 42nd day of the year

21/1 - presidential inauguration

Why reverse the number? Because that's how the date is displayed in Europe.

Also, reversal is a concept in itself. So if 112 is meant to be reversed to be understood, it means that that is the day everything is "reversed."

I do not think we need to reverve it,although 21/1 does sound alright.
We did not need to reverse 9/11, so my eyes will keep looking for 112 as there is so much to this sequence of numbers.

An IED, consisting of gelatin sticks, detonator and battery in a plastic container, found inside the body of a second CRPF jawan from 112 Battalion, Babulal Patel, was defused on Thursday morning when doctors doing an autopsy in Ranchi had noticed fresh stitches on Mr. Patel’s abdomen and alerted the police.
