Yes, it's a complex issue. I agree. I was just explaining this evening about teratomas in a topic on the brain. A teratoma is a cancerous mass. It induces unusual tissues to form. It's not the result of human fertilization though, and as such is not a human being, but a warped cancerous tumor. Removal would not be precluded and would not ever be considered a human being

Medical ethics is very very difficult for the layman to understand. Abortions happened in history all the time even to the time of the American Revolution. We've struggled with it in the USA. We have an enormous amount of unnecessary abortions. See my comparison per capita to Belgium in a prior post. While abortions are declining 1 per 300 people in the USA is a staggering figure.

How many times have we hurt some "little one" because we lead them in wrong ways. We gave bad advice. We neglected to help them. We didn't listen when all they wanted was one person to care.

Worse, some people actually tell people to do terrible things. They advise young people to make a lifetime choice, one that lays heavy burdens on their hearts and souls.

Others are outright criminal and profit by other's misfortunes. At a time when they are desperate, they're willing to charge them money to remove a human life for $500. That's the cost of a human life in an abortion.

Other's are far worse. They know that the issue is complex and related to getting better medical treatment. Helping fix all of the issues I listed earlier like birth control, nutrition, dental care, medical care, etc. Many birth defects could be cheaply and easily prevented, and by default many unnecessary abortions prevented.

Others make legislative decisions which make abortion easier than health care. It's repugnant and doesn't help the patient, only kills a child.

Don't be weighed down by a millstone and drowned by misleading a little one into sin.

Risks

Abortion is not a safe procedure.

It's one in which damage is done to the body and results in scar tissue and potential infertility.

It results in mental strain sometimes PTSD and long lasting guilt.

It results in spirtual harm to the Soul.

Don't kid yourself. The abortionist is charging $500. There's very little margin for error and minimal medical protection. That's why it's cheap. The time you're cared for is minimal, and so many women don't notice that they're having medical issues. Later they're having trouble coping.

This is not a judgement issue. It's a compassionate issue of caring for the patient and protecting them as ethically as possible.

Because of the horrific way it's done, the callous way the women are treated, the lack of follow up, the long term dangers for infertility, we need to look at abortion and make it safer. It needs to be compassionate.

I would rather no abortions would happen because every child was healthy and came into the world wanted. Until that happens, we need to be considerate and ethical are protect women by giving them the best care possible.
