List reference in Code, whereby it is permissible, to discharge either live rounds, or non live rounds, in a civilian location, much less near, and in, the downtown area of a City in the Continental United States, by the UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT, or any other Government? Cite reference in Code. Furthermore, you will only find Code firmly establishing such Military exercises to be carried out, on, or in, Federal or State restricted Military space, not civilian space. Whatever this is, it is a clear violation of Military Code is what is appearing to be taking place, is actually taking place. Assholes fire machine guns and a few high-powered rifle rounds in their engines and fuel tanks will fix that rather quickly. |

The first is an AH-6 little bird based on the Hughes 500 which is a civilian helicopter but the AH-6 is military. there is scene involving them in the movie "Black Hawk Down". Keneh |
