Although its size is not well determined, |

There is too much info out there about this one that anyone can look up and verify... sure it might take out a few satellites... but an actual earth impact... naw... If we were to have an impact i'd imagine it be from a threat that hasnt been discovered yet... not trying to kill the thread anyways carry on... doom on lol _______________________ |
Anonymous Coward User ID: 26935352 United States 01/29/2013 05:42 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | [link to en.wikipedia.org] Been there it was awesome. 1 mile wide crater. 10 megaton explosion. But overall, not a global killer, maybe it could take out a city. I wonder, and probably assume an ocean impact would be worse, tidal waves and such. T as in Tsunami. |

This thing, according to the article, is half a football field wide, I heard someone say 50 meters, I dunno where you are getting 24 miles from. Meters <> Miles. This thing is MUCH smaller than what we assume took out the dinosaurs. So again I point you to Meteor Crater, it was presumed to be a 50 meter iron-nickel meteor, sounds very similar to what's coming by February 15th. |
