LA POLICE Scanner... Listen Live. The Manhunt Continues

Saw this and been listening for a few minutes now. They're talking about a black male in all black, wearing vest saying FBI on it and carrying a duffel bag carrying possible weapons, but no weapons actually spotted.

I don't think it's a hoax, but who knows, there may be an agenda.

I think the guy just snapped myself. We'll have to see how it plays out, if there is an agenda, it'll become more clear.

I really think they won't find him, but he will find them.

The guy knows every trick they have. He's two steps ahead like he said. They have red tape, he has none.

Unless he changes his mind about the whole thing, some family convinces him to stop or something, he's gonna take out a few more. Guaranteed.
