Anyone else having heart freeze?

i think that is cute. a heart freeze. and i think i've experienced that same phenomenon before as i often find myself living with my heart wide open. it can get very cold in this lovely world. kids have a way of just saying things though, don't they?

I just read yesterday how to quickly relieve 'brain freeze'.

It was said to fold ones tongue backwards and press the bottom of ones tongue against the roof of the mouth to cease the discomfort.
