Obama does not give a shit. NK are all talk and need China's permission to launch an attack. The only way war will start is if SK, Japan or the US hit NK first. Most likely will not happen. The US does not enter a war that way. Obama does not appear to be hiding just yet so doom off for a while.

Wrong. DC is the Capital of the USA. New York is the seat of the United Nations and Wall Street. If DC is destroyed, you will be too busy trying to keep your own nation down without trying to expand your empire.
