Illuminati Clock Card ready to be put in play?

I swear someone in thread this weeks said the clock card would be played this week? maybe said today? I can't look it up right now.

Ok...so this has happened this today:

"Thousands of properties in Edinburgh have been hit by a power cut after a fault with the cable.

The clock at The Balmoral hotel, which always runs three minutes fast so passengers are not late for their trains, was stopped by the outage. Once back on, it was running 15 minutes late."
