Tune to 5442.29 kHz on the AM channel.

You will hear electronic pulsing noises fading in and out. Wait long enough and you will hear someone or something broadcasting numbers.

I think we are overhearing Alien communications.

You are using a wide band and picking up stuff from 5450.00. Just weather related stuff. Nothing to worry about. Change over to USB and go to 5450.00 to confirm for yourself.

SETI doesn't even pick up signals and neither does anyone else.
