I cant see anything unusual other than the stream of light that goes through the video .
One thing that is strange is the way that the newcasters are talking . They are making absolutly no sense and seem unhinged a bit as if they had seen something unusual

It does look like they were trying to cover it up with those other white light flashes on the screen.

it did look like it was on the other side like a news helicopter and it probably stopped behind the tornado for perspective.

What's really interesting about that video is how the producers told the news anchor to interrupt the co anchor and she got all flustered and was like "derr I think I saw a tornado, by golly"
