Chances are that the NSA mandate to store, but not "use" the data, will be exposed as a farce, because provisions in the Patriot Act or NDAA probably generate a kind of auto-warrant to access and use the data if there wis "probable cause" or "suspicion". If they have the data, the standard protocols would suggest they have at least developed systems to access, categorize, and analyze the data...

Meaning, when joe blow nsa guy hears about a kidnapping in his town, he could go in to work and lookup the approximate time and location of the crime, find video recordings and other info generated from other things in that location - like cell phone calls, texts, gps, etc - and figure out who did it almost immediately. Then they would be able to track the person with timestamped videos and intel. Then he can tell the cops where the guy is. All this with zero sleuthing. Just point, click and witness.

This is true. But the NSA do not use their technology to help the FBI or police. It is very rare for the NSA to make known their technology to the general public or to be used in court cases. They see themselves above all that. But if they were to use their technology most child abductions would be solved immediately. They have satellites recording everything 24/7 but the Feds don't have access to it. The NSA stuff is way more advanced than the stuff used by the CIA. My father died in 1975 and he had worked for SAMSO/Space and missile systems organization, he was part of NSA projects and before he passed spoke of the ET's warehousing caged children in large underground bases in New Mexico. He spoke of the technology given to the NSA back in the 1960's and 1970's that the general public don't know about today. The NSA are the men in black and it is a cold blooded outfit. Evil as fuck.
