I really hope the rest of America starts to wake up.

I know I shouldn't be on GLP because I believe conspiracies are under foot, but I wonder how trustworthy the chief is?
If there were an armed conflict in the streets of Amerika, the first line troops and casualties would be the local police. I think it is planned this way from above, then later, the military would arrive to restore order. These guys are in a bad spot and I wonder if the chief is just trying to reach out to address this initial contact issue.
