You really need to read the disaster of legislation that, when compiled, is what we call Obama Care. It phases in a requirement for HIV/AIDS testing to "help protect workers". I have friends who are nurses and they've never yet had an HIV/AIDS positive person NOT tell them they tested positive and to be careful with the needle.

Perhaps you're not understanding the uses a government would have by putting your DNA on file? If you think PRISM is a serious deal, even though it's been around a LOT longer than most people know, imagine what they have had in the works since then? They've been honing their skills and they seriously think you - we - are all cattle to be corralled and controlled. I used to work there. My clearances only went as high as Top Secret military equipment and "Need to Know" on certain programs, but it was enough.

I have two problems with this plan. First, nobody has ever proved HIV causes AIDS. There are people out there that have been HIV positive for thirty years, but still don't have AIDS. Second, it'll be a cold day in hell before I give them my DNA for there data base. I will not be tested for a virus that has nothing to do with me or my family. If they want to get my blood, they will have to mop it up off the floor after the fight.
