#BREAKING: Pipe bomb reportedly exploded at Orchard Supply Hardware at 1975 E. 17th St in #SantaAna. Area evacuated. More @CBSLA.com

A pipe bomb exploded in a hardware store in Santa Ana on September 4, and a bomb squad has been sent in to investigate.

The area immediately surrounding Orchard Supply Hardware at 1975 E. 17th Street has been evacuated.

Both the Orange County Sheriff’s Department and the Santa Ana Police Department are responding.

“ Officers arrived and located what appeared to be remnants of an exploded pipe bomb near the exit doors,” according to the Santa Ana Police Department. “Officers have evacuated the area and are holding the scene for the responding OCSO bomb squad investigators. No injuries have been reported.”

People are getting so lazy that they don't even bother taking the pipe home from the hardware store before they make the bomb.

OSH is going out of business(at least in Orange County), the two stores closer to me have already closed their doors. The employees were ok towards the customers, but very vocally disgruntled about OSH and management. I wouldn't be surprised if this turns out to be an employee or ex-employee.

Yes, we're all pissed so let us go to a school and stab little kids.

I've already lived under tyranny as a kid,
Our home was stolen by the state so was our business.
I know what its like to have a lot then settle for a bowl of white rice because I was hungry.
I've already lIved it all and now I guess I'm going full circle back to tyranny. Life sometimes suck because of the apathy people fall into.

I can't remember ever hearing of any stabbings or shootings because people were angry.
Just what the fuck is wrong with this world?
Who's doing this and just what the fvck do they want?????


PS. I'm so mad this rant was meant for the stabbing at the school. Sorry. At least I got it off my chest.

seriously? a frickin pipe bomb...my friend blew up his ex-step dads painting van with one after the bastard ran over his dog and cat and beat the family with a baseball bat. Any 16 yr old with wit can make a pipe bomb...whooo...scary.
