Are we receiving an early sign of the showers with the meteors hitting Earth now? EarthSky says "watch out if the Dragon awakes! In rare instances, fiery Draco has been known to spew forth many hundreds of meteors in a single hour." Is this only going to escalate? The magnetosphere is also receiving a kicking from earth-directed CMEs. Real doom here!! He told me of one maneuver, that was similar to your comment above, I told him that this went on for about 3 hours, He said, it couldn't have been that then. After numerous broad descriptions of maneuvers that didn't line up, i gave him my explanation, he had never heard of weather modification nor cloud seeding.....! needless to say, his eyes rolled into the back of his head, and he went back to sleep.
