The technology does not currently exist. But it could be developed. Lots of smart people both alive and yet to be born. But from my personal perspective, and things posted in this thread, I feel TPTB don't want this fixed. I do not understand why. Their families will be affected by this too. It would take hundreds of generations to adapt to just one of the dozens of man made isotopes that are being dispersed by the industry.
