Re: HAVE YOU EVER WALKED OUT OF A MOVIE?
I never go to the cinema, instead I buy the Blu-ray/DVD but I turned off George Romero's 'Diary of the Dead' half way through. WTF happened? That film is one of the worst I have ever seen, even my love for Romero couldn't help me persevere.

Also, Slumdog Millionaire. Overrated piece of crap.

The Waterboy with Adam Sandler. I was tripping hard on LSD and it STILL seemed pointlessly idiotic and a waste of time :)

Lol...at the time I wasn't exactly, shall we say, in my right mind!

Actually, there was some movie he did that wasn't too bad...he wound up with an adopted kid or something along those lines.

I thought Slumdog Millionaire was pretty good. I was on an airplane, though, so walking out was not an option.

Yeah, I caught it on TV in a hotel once and decided I'd just watch it. It's still stupid Adam Sandler shit, but wound up being a notch above some of his other crap. Not a big notch, but compared to waterboy or that movie with the remote control, it was damn near "Citizen Kane" lol.

The Shining

I RAN outta the thing at the very end, I couldn't handle it, where he is chasing her through the maze.

I read the book, EVEN SCARIER during my first pregnancy and I literally threw it across the room a few times because it scared the hell outta me and I couldn't read it at night.

I finally did watch the whole thing and read the whole thing later in my life. Scariest movie, book ever. I don't believe anything compares to it.

At some point you have to start wondering why keep grinding out this stale tripe; and the answer is (sadly) because there still seems to be an audience for it, albeit a contracting one.

Re: HAVE YOU EVER WALKED OUT OF A MOVIE?
Yes, I walked out of Ronan during their unnecessarily boring 25 minute figure skating scene that had nothing to do with the movie or the plot.

Never asked for a refund but told hundreds of friends the movie was a worthless piece of shit. It's in the FREE section of Family Video now and no one will rent it for free.

Re: HAVE YOU EVER WALKED OUT OF A MOVIE?
Nah, because I already know most movies are going to suck but I'm only there because it's something to do with my friends that they enjoy. So out of respect for them I'm going to sit there and think about what I want to eat after, until the credits start rolling.

As you might guess, I don't agree to go to movies that often.

Re: HAVE YOU EVER WALKED OUT OF A MOVIE?
Walked out on "coming to America" and walked in to the next theater that was playing "three amigos". No one said nothing.

There was a horror flick that I once saw that I should have walked out of but didn't. It was so evil that I'm not going mention its title because once you've watched it you'll never get it out of your head.

(and no, it wasn't the exorcist:)
