Any Puerto Ricans Here? (Earthquake Issue)

With the cluster of earthquakes in Puerto Rico now into 10+ days long, which is very unusual for being 200 miles away from an EQ prone area (the chain of volcano islands), I am curious if there is anyone here that has communications with Puerto Rico, especially old timers, to ask if this has ever occured in their lifetime?

Granted, the EQ's are relatviley small, all under 4.0, but it's the consistancy of them that puzzles me.
