If they could print their own money however, they could operate the same way the US government operates....just print as much money as they need out of thin air. It's about the only state (except maybe Texas) that could survive as an independent nation on it's own. |

Do you know what keeps the U.S. together? It's the monthly checks for S.S. and money doled out to State and local government. Nobody wants to lose that cow. If the States and their population were really independent, the U.S. would have disappeared years ago.  |
