I smoked for many years and had no ill effects. I quit about 5 years ago and have notice a decrease in creativity, energy, inspiration, well being, clarity of thought and overall IQ.

When I smoked, I woke up in the morning energized ready to take on whatever the day brought and enjoyed it. Now that I don't smoke anymore, everyday seems like the same old bullshit.

I only ever smoked in the evenings after work, It allowed me to leave work at work. Clear my mind and just relax, allowing me to focus on being creative.
