Original Message At one point they were influential, but it now consists of old people sitting around reminiscing. The Freemasons are a joke. My grandfather was a prominent Mason. I tried to join to the NYS Grand Lodge #1 this year. They asked for more information: my address, phone number, and job. I never heard back from them after that. It was most shocking to see that not only did the Grand Secretary use an AOL account that can easily be compromised by someone like myself; but also, their website is vulnerable to SQL injections and Wordpress exploits. Wouldn't an organization that is supposedly powerful and well-funded have an IT Admin?
