Considering Arizona provides a whole lot of power to California from the Palo Verde Nuclear plant and from part of the Hoover Dam(Hoover Dam separates Nevada and Arizona and is only a few miles from CA) let's see if they like their brownouts and blackouts as much as they do their illegal immigrants.
