Original Message Everyone knows the old proverb about the frog boiling in the pot. The premise is that if a frog is placed in boiling water, it will jump out, but if it is placed in cold water that is slowly heated, it will not perceive the danger and will be cooked to death. The story is often used as a metaphor for the inability of people to react to significant changes that occur gradually.

Unlike the unaware frog however, most GLpers know that they are being boiled to death but they will not jump out of the water! Most GLPers do nothing to help themselves or their families get out of the danger zones.

What's your explanation for that?

Here's some theories:

1. They have a death wish.

These people want to die ASAP. They stay in the danger zones because they feel it's the quickest way for them to die. That's your right but what about your family? It's evil not help them to escape the danger zones when you know they're being boiled to death, metaphorically speaking.

2. They believe the doom will bring on Christ's return (or planet X, 2012 salvation, zetas, etc.).

There's no need to save yourself if your imaginary friend or thoery has or will save you.

3. They are "Cyphers".

The curse of the "truth movement" is that many "truthers" reach a point where they know the whole world is ass backward but, like Cypher in the Matrix, they would rather go back to sleep than accept the horror of the truth and the responsibility knowledge of the truth brings.

In the real world "Cyphers" can never forget the truth that they know but they try to rationalize, rearrange, and ignore things so that they can continue to function in the world just like all the other sleepers.

The following video is a perfect metaphor for the "Cyphers" of the world. The man in the video has been diagnosed with cancer but he "heroically" ignores it and continues on as if he never knew about the diagnosis. The man knowing about his cancer and ignoring it is a metaphor for "Cyphers" knowing that the world's upside down, ass backward, and totally wicked and ignoring that knowledge and "heroically" continuing on just like all the other sleepers.

The sad reality is that on some level people don't really want to change the horrifying reality they see, trying to wake them up from their slumber is actually breaking their free will. If they wanted to be woken up, they would wake up. I'm starting to think that trying to force people to wake up is breaking the law of free will.

Most of the lunatic fringe don't even want to accomplish any positive differences in their own lives, I'm starting to think they're just common sheep like everybody else. Maybe the lunatic fringe thinks they're fringe but they're mostly just as ordinary as anyone else you'd meet on the street.

Maybe it's just as simple as this:

Has The New World Order Taken Over America's Free Will, Leaving People Unable To Think For Themselves?
[link to www.cuttingthroughthematrix.com]

"People are always saying that they want truth, but they don't really want truth. They want something which is familiar. They want a guarantee that if they come into the next step to waking up they'd be guaranteed to be able to handle it and that isn't the case. Not everyone can truly wake up. Many people can wake up to the first step, which is simply understanding what's happening in the world around them and to them and where it's going and they can follow the speeches given by various people down through the last hundred years or so and it all begins to make sense to them, but that's only one level of this whole process." - Alan Watt [link to www.cuttingthroughthematrix.net]

“My experience has been (people) don’t wanna know (the truth). They see their life as being short and under their control and if they accept the fact that they’ve been robots all their lives and they’ve given birth to robots all their lives, that’s too much for them and they would rather, like ostrages put their heads in the sand and wait for the kick in the ass.” – Glen Kealey Download the interview with this quote below: [link to www.archive.org]

After years of dealing with the lunatic fringe I feel exactly like this quote from David dIcke:

I feel like the cow who runs into the field screaming: Hey, you know that truck that takes some of our friends away every month? Well they don't take them to another field like we thought. They shoot them in the head, bleed them dry, cut them up, and put the pieces into packets. Then those humans buy them and eat them! Imagine what the reaction of the rest of the herd would be: You're crazy man. They'd never do that. Anyway, I've got shares in that trucking company and I get a good return. Shut up, you're making waves.

4. They worship and love doom, including doom that falls on themselves, their families, and their friends.

Doom religion and worship was shown in "Conan the Barbarian". Doom's a major part of christianity and islam, and now I think people are worshiping doom on the net (I'll call them "doomers").

Conan the Barbarian

"You broke into my house, stole my property, murdered by servants and my pets, and THAT is what grieves me the most! You killed my snake..." - Thulsa Doom

Thulsa Doom was the leader of the doom religion. Read that quote carefully, he valued animal life over human life. I think this is a staple of doomers. They don't seem to have any value for human life but they love their pets, oh they love their pets.

"To the hell fires with Thulsa Doom. He's evil; a sorcerer who can summon demons. His followers' only purpose is to die in his service. Thousands of them." - Valeria

Doomers seem to be like this. Their leaders are openly demonic and they value human life so little that they don't even seem to care about their own lives.

"Where is the Eye of the Serpent?" - Thulsa Doom

The serpent is the knowledge giver in mythology and doomers care about gaining knowledge but for what? If you root for doom which involves the slaughter of innocent people, there's no respect for human rights there. If you don't believe in human rights then where's the hope for you or your family?

The only hope for humanity lies in strict adherence to human rights for all otherwise everybody's at the mercy of whoever happens to spend the most money to win the presidency like Obama. In a world without human rights there's no limit to how bad it can get, see Nazi Germany.

This little poem describes the slippery slope of not caring about human rights:

First they came for the communists, and I did not speak out - because I was not a communist;
Then they came for the socialists, and I did not speak out - because I was not a socialist;
Then they came for the trade unionists, and I did not speak out - because I was not a trade unionist;
Then they came for the Jews, and I did not speak out - because I was not a Jew;
Then they came for me - and there was no one left to speak out for me.

If you don't believe in human rights for all then stop pretending to care about life because you have no life, you're dead.

Conan: The riddle... of steel.
Thulsa Doom: Yes! You know what it is, don't you boy? Shall I tell you? It's the least I can do. Steel isn't strong, boy, flesh is stronger! Look around you. There, on the rocks; a beautiful girl. Come to me, my child...
Thulsa Doom: [coaxes the girl to jump to her death]
Thulsa Doom: That is strength, boy! That is power! What is steel compared to the hand that wields it? Look at the strength in your body, the desire in your heart, I gave you this! Such a waste. Contemplate this on the tree of woe. Crucify him!

Here's Conan with his dumb little religion trying to find the answer to the "riddle of steel" (an obvious metaphor for mainstream christianity) and Thulsa Doom doesn't realize how stupid that religion is because Thulsa Doom's religion is at the same sub-mental level as Conan's religion.

Thulsa Doom sacrifices one of his followers by telling her to jump off a cliff for no reason except to prove a point. His point is 100% wrong of course. What he accomplished in sacrificing his follower was all about the mind, it had nothing to do with "flesh", it was all about mind but Thulsa Doom was too ignorant to know that.

"Purging is at last at hand. Day of Doom is here. All that is evil, all their allies; your parents, your leaders, those who would call themselves your judges; those who have lied and corrupted the Earth, they shall all be cleansed." - Thulsa Doom

This is how the doomers look at things but what most of them don't realize is that they are often more evil than their enemies. They can't see it. Once you sellout Humanity, you won't be able to rejoin, ever. Rooting for the slaughter of innocent people is selling out humanity.

Children of Doom: [chanting] Doom!
Thulsa Doom: You, my children, are the water that will wash away all that has gone before. In your hand, you hold my light, the gleam in the eye of Set. This flame will burn away the darkness, burn you the way to paradise!

The doomers never seem to consider the idea that will come after the doom will be worse than what was before the doom. Notice that Thulsa Doom referred to "the gleam in the eye of Set". Doomers are controlled by the same methods as the old time religions they recognize as BS (the eye of horus) but they can't see it.

doom's a major part of christianity and islam

Why is it that the Christian, Muslim, and Judaic nations seemingly are always at war while the Hindu and Buddhist nations almost never go to war?

Could it be law of attraction?

War is a prominent part of the Christian, Muslim, and Judaic religions. Are they attracting war to themselves by essentially worshiping war?

War is not part of the Hindu and Buddhist religions. No worshiping something, no thought towards it, means no attracting it according to the law of attraction.

Worship, Warship... Is someone telling us something?

Wars in heaven

In spite of the claimed perfection of heaven, the "perfection" also includes the ability to make war:

And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and he that sat upon him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he doth judge and make war.

-Rev. 19:11

And the armies which were in heaven followed him upon white horses, clothed in fine linen, white and clean.

-Rev. 19:14

And there was war in heaven: Michael and his angels fought against the dragon; and the dragon fought and his angels

-Rev. 12:14

The Borg is also described as a warring system that can destroy worlds. I don't know about you, but a heaven that can include war and armies is not my description of a peaceful place. And remember, every minute you have to put up with the HOLY-HOLY chants. Instead of the glory of heaven, the Bible more accurately describes a "gory heaven."

Violence from heaven

The Borg has the ability to send destructive beams which can destroy planets. So also can heaven's God strike against his enemies:

And they went up on the breadth of the earth, and compassed the camp of the saints about, and the beloved city: and fire came down from God out of heaven, and devoured them.

-Rev. 20:9

Again, the description of fire from heaven does not impart the idea of a pacific place.

And they heard a great voice from heaven saying unto them, Come up hither. And they ascended up to heaven in a cloud; and their enemies beheld them.

-Rev. 11:12

So much for love of enemies. They get left behind to suffer the consequences of their chosen freedom:

And the same hour was there a great earthquake, and the tenth part of the city fell, and in the earthquake were slain of men seven thousand: and the remnant were affrighted, and gave glory to the God of heaven.

-Rev. 11:13

Woe to the frightened people who had the will to abstain:

Therefore rejoice, ye heavens, and ye that dwell in them. Woe to the inhabiters of the earth and of the sea! for the devil is come down unto you, having great wrath, because he knoweth that he hath but a short time.

-Rev. 12:12

And again, more fireworks from heaven:

And the temple of God was opened in heaven, and there was seen in his temple the ark of his testament: and there were lightnings, and voices, and thunderings, and an earthquake, and great hail.

-Rev. 11:19

And he doeth great wonders, so that he maketh fire come down from heaven on the earth in the sight of men

-Rev. 13:13

Even Jesus has the vengeance of a blood thirsty killer:

And I will kill her children with death; and all the churches shall know that I am he which searcheth the reins and hearts: and I will give unto every one of you according to your works.

-Rev. 2:23

That's right; even Jesus has the will to kill! (If you don't realize those words as coming from Jesus, consult a red-letter edition of the Bible.)

Sorry, but I just don't want to live with a wrathful entity who slaughters his enemies, or has the will to kill "children." I'm not impressed by the macho or the fireworks. I don't care how powerful he is, or what great wonders he "doeth".

Thankfully only 144,000 will reach heaven

The Bible explicitly tells how many will be "saved":

...the hundred and forty and four thousand, which were redeemed from the earth. These are they which were not defiled with women; for they are virgins.

-Rev. 14:3-4

Metzger writes, "The first part of chapter 14 is a scene of tranquillity and rejoicing. John sees the Lamb, standing on Mount Zion, with the 144,000 of the redeemed. . . 144,000 is a symbolic number, representing all those who remain faithful. . . On the surface this means that only men who have never had sexual intercourse can 'follow the Lamb wherever he goes'. . . Rather, John appears to adopt the imagery found frequently in the Old Testament where any contact with pagan worship was called 'fornication' or 'adultery.' Hence, the 144,000 are those who have not defiled themselves by participating in pagan worship."

Metzger sees that the 144,000 consist of the 12,000 from each of the twelve tribes of Israel. The twelve tribes symbolize the new Israel, the Christian church. Each individual is marked on the forehead with a seal. (See the marked head of a Borg unit above.)

In other words, unless you are a male virgin believer (or a pagan worshiper) you will not get into heaven. Whew! Now I can relax.

I don't know how many people inhabit the cube of the Borg, but 144 thousand seems to be a reasonable guess. It also appears that the Borg have no relationship with women, or have sex of any kind; they seem entirely virginal.

Sitting for eternity with 14399 tribal men in a cube, with the absence of women & sex, paying homage to a wrathful war god surrounded by multi-eyed beasts (symbolically speaking, of course), and having to listen to a never ending chant of HOLY-HOLY is not my cup of tea. Thank you very much, but I'd rather remain peacefully dead for eternity than suffer the entertainments from this vainglory god.

I think the doom worshipers have a death wish.
And these people want to overthrow the system?

That's my worst nightmare.

These doom worshipers are like the wraiths from "Lord of the Rings".
