Original Message DO THIS: Swish dark red wine through your teeth for 20 seconds and spit it out onto a paper towel sitting in a bowl. Let the foam fall away and see if there are little black particles coming from between your gums and teeth. Do this 3-4 times - the first time yields little, but the 2nd time you'll get more.

If you see dark particles on the paper towel, let it dry and take it in to your doctor and dentist and ask what it is.

You can also use ORGANIC GRAPE JUICE (must be organic - the cheap stuff does not work well); The blueberry juice called Just Blueberry (it's at QFC on Broadway and Harrison); and the juice called Just Cranberry (made by the same people available at QFC)
