Original Message So we have all kinds of wildlife covered in heavy, filthy oil and PETA is nowhere to be seen. You would THINK they'd be protesting and whatnot, or at least helping out with cleaning up animals. But I haven't seen or heard a single thing from or about them lately.

And the environmental groups, where are they? Should there not be some major protests against BP or something? You know, go to their headquarters and have a massive sit in, or whatever they do these days.

The fact that this is the worst oil spill ever and is affecting an extremely large area should bring these groups out, but it hasn't. IMO, these groups have proven themselves to be pure FAIL because they have done nothing against BP.
