I Find this article worrying on various points:
1) North Korea may be telling the truth about a nuclear technology breakthrough.
2) "South Korea subsequently looked for signs of a
powerful, artificially induced earthquake
.."
3) "... xenon could have come from Russia or China" (Is Russia and China still conducting Nuclear tests??)
