To share the technical information of a deepwater well-capping that blew up ??? And that still hasnt sealed off the oil completely ???

(I know, rumors go that it has to stay open partially coz otherwise they risk the presure to build up and blow open the whole GOM-Macondo area sea-floor .... )

So do I interpret the above text from the article well,
they just agreed on doing THE SAME to the Mex-waters/Mex-saltdomes/Mex underwater-vulcano's as they DID AND INTENDED to the Macondo site ??????

Doesnt this article then states [between the lines] that the DWH-blowup was NO ACCIDENT at all !!! ????

And did the quoted text in Pre/Per's previous post said that they are doing the same to the ARCTIC ????
