Guys I was looking at that code and did some ggling.

The OP posted 2 coded messages,
in 1 of them the code was CLMSMKE
ggle brought me to a posters name which looked like it and they talked about BP and the GOM-oil spill ... and they mentioned "THE SUB"  !!! posts from sept 2010 ...
