[quote:*dim*:MV8xMTEzNTg2XzIwMTk5NTI1XzFGODZCMDhB] [quote:Just AC 1148890] What is it that we are supposed to be seeing? There is life is the sea. Synthia? Who has determined this? I like the copyright, is it possible to copyright the feed from someone elses site? Well, I don´t know if he is serious about the copyright... And even if he is, we know that it is quite impossible to get any cent from that images given that they´re from a "public service" provided by BP. What are we supposed to be seeing? I would like to see fish, shrimps, something like shells, small crabs and some coral. Instead, we see white gooey stuff, that, to me, looks like a luminescent swimming translucent cord. I don´t know if thats the proper life form you would find in a natural, life pulsating, environment. The depth is 406~410 feet deep, nice place for some shoal, and respective predators. http://www.epa.gov/gmpo/about/facts.html :hf: :hf: My point is that 'regular' people (me) don't know what the hell normally swims at this depth of the ocean. The poster of this youtube video appears to have run out of stuff to misidentify elsewhere and can't give up on his new found infamy. He just sees something wriggle or suirm and puts his own spin on it, posts it with a title that means nothing. Others view the vid and assume there is some truth to it and spread it around. Many oos and arrs follow but it's worthless without confirmation that what is being viewed is truly and genuinely anomolous. well, you obviously did not see what the poster of that video link saw, or what I saw I watched it shortly after he posted the link, watched briefly, then had to go to work I saw a lot of squid and some other white stuff, but then, the camera zoomed in and I saw some form of pipe ... The camera zoomed down, and there was some sort of nozzle attached to the end ... the camera panned up, and the pipe seemed to branch into 2 seperate parts, then joined again into one part have not checked the video again, as I have just got back from work, but found it interesting and would love to know what the heck that is and what function it plays only approx 400 meters deep, so could be a sparayer pipe for corexit? ... I never saw anything discharged from the nozzle (assuming the end part was a nozzle?) this was the link posted: http://www.bp.com/liveassets/bp_internet/globalbp/globalbp_uk_english/incident_response/STAGING/local_assets/html/Chouest_Holiday1.html And this pipe is posing a threat? The squid are killer squid? The white stuff sounds deadly. I best start packing.
don't know ... you tell me? .... but find it strange that BP are monotoring it, so it must be important?
