During time of escort intelligence suggest BLACK BLOC IN MASKS were in crowd, supposed weapons found no evidence... led police to cage off hundreds because some might be BLACK BLOC.
Officers had lawful right based on "weapons found" to block off hundreds. Severe thunderstorm expected but police claim to have no idea it was coming, unfortunate.
Police worked to find the BLACK BLOC members, which I'm sure they didn't.
Incredible acts of violence yesterday had everyone on high alert, starbucks windows smashed by small group OH MY!
