[quote:MsWordy:MV8xMTIyMjA3XzI2MTUyMzE1X0MxNjk1RjZC] [quote:Anonymous Coward 1492455] [quote:Anonymous Coward 969618] [quote:Anonymous Coward 457251] One thing the Dutch aren't short on is hospitality. True, but please don't visit me for dinner...i hate that!!!
He did not know how to cook. His Dutch friend did, everything. He cooked him everything and now teaching him as well. Him and his girlfriend are so nice and it is like they are not real, a dream. I'd love to go there one day, however with my wife of course. I'd be sucked into the Red Light District without my wife and I would like to have my wife with me at all times to stay faithful, har har. Anyhow, the Dutch have an excellent attitude and they are willing to help without expecting much more back other than thanks and respect. This is amazing to me and they are awesome people. So the last of what I am saying is basically if the Dutch have it right, the USA needs to look at what they do that we do not. Legalize a few things and I think the country may change for the good here, who knows! But I stand by my own quote. "The Dutch got it right"
I am dutch... by nationality... you're trying to get somethign here? Gosh! First Dutch may seem hospitable. That was years and years ago... before the Bush Administration... so we talk about the stone age.. second Dutch people really dont want you to stay on a visit around dinner time. When the clock strikes 17.30 you better have left otherwise you'll get the... "can I get you another cup of coffee or are you leaving?".... making things nicer then they are... They were taught by the blacks in Surinam to loose that ish... the hospitable part of Holland are really the Black people of Surinam who have a big part in Hollands history! Sooooo.... just some insider information
yeah that was me I got kicked offline I think
I have a family member who was laid off his job. He lost his girlfriend and everything. He had nowhere to go and wanted to start elsewhere.
His friend who he met online (YouTube) lives in the Netherlands and he offered to help him move them and find work, becoming a citizen as well over-time.
He's been nothing but nice and the jobs there are easy to find and pay well (nothing like the U.S.). You can get equivalent to $20+ an hour there working in a factory where-as here its like $7-$12.
Netherlands people are the nicest people ever. Europe has great standards, including their women I hear.
That is my story, that is all, goodbye
