ALERT!!!! Venustiano Carranza Dam. Rio Salado. Cuahuila state, Municipio de Anahuac, Nuevo Leon. AND La Amistad Dam, Nuevo Leon. Danger of bursting. 110% capacity (overflowing). No electricity to open gates of first one but 21 of 27 have been successfully opened manually. Three other dams have been opened to their maximum. I am not exactly sure but I think all or some of these are flowing into the Rio Grande. Coordinated with US authorities. Expect water levels there to increase 21 feet between Nuevo Loredo (Loredo) and Reynosa (if all things work out in a controlled way). Intl bridges will be closed...
