[quote:Anonymous Coward 846134:MV8xMTM0NzUxXzE4MjA1NDQ2X0Y0NEJDMDc2] file an eviction notice, they'll have three months after being served to vacate, or the Sheriff will put their stuff on the street. . . . . . [/quote]

My friend is 58 years old and disabled and a couple moved into her house promising to pay $300/month and help her with basic day to day living tasks. It has now been 9 months and they don't pay or do anything. They have animals destroying my friend's house, are absolutely filthy, and my friend has paid their medical bills, phones, food, gas (because they drive her car), etc.
We do not know how to get them out of her house because they say they have "nowhere to go". I have a feeling that they are professional freeloaders.
In the state of Texas, HOW do we go about getting these people OUT of my friend's house? They are sucking her dry!
Please help!
