The bottom pic is the 3 and a half year user.
The top pic was so horrific that it was placed on a billboard.
Makes you think twice about wanting to try it.
The thing about meth is that it burns out the dopamine producing centers in the brain. This is one of the main "feel good" chemicals of the body. Once you've burned them out, you will never feel good again, no matter how much meth you smoke. Then you're really screwed - you are mega depressed and there is nothing you can do about it.
