This guy Andrew D. Basiago, is a Cambridge-trained environmentalist and attorney and his father Raymond F. Basiago, was an engineer drafted in classified NASA projects. He claims have been trained by CIA, in the '70s as a "chrononaut" of the "Pegasus Project", one of the extensions of the Tesla's "Philadelphia Project", headed by CIA. Basiago does several claims concerning time-travel, teleportation and Mars civilizations. According to him, CIA has sent several "chrononauts" through space-time, to interact with american politician and record global historic events. And he also claims that US military has teleported astronauts to Mars, since the '70s. If you doubt it just watch what the retired NASA astronaut, Capt. Gene Cernan, the last man on the moon, said in this video:
WHOAA, at 3:00 he just says that "Buzz Aldrin wanna go back to Mars". This man looks pretty conscious and no way he shows any sign of senility, so skeptics cut this "senile old man" bullshit. IMO he meant exactly what they said, though he didn't notice that.
For this record: The great-granddaughter of Dwight Eisenhower, Laura Magdalene Eisenhower, also has claimed that CIA has sent men to Mars.

It's a HUGE mess and if someone just decide to leak any proof that US gov, has time-travel teleportation technology for over 30 years, will be a gigantic stream of shit hitting the fan.
