Original Message Considering the fact that dinosaurs were the first major life forms on this planet, and gave rise to the first bipedal-like creatures, i.e., velociraptors, etc, I wonder if some of them went on to evolve into intelligent reptilian humanoids?

The dinosaurs thrived for hundreds of millions of years, and if homo sapiens evolved from primates over so many millions of years, then why would it be so preposterous to assume that a similar evolutionary process occurred with certain species of dinosaur?
