I'm dizzy, with my arms & legs feeling numb & tingling, difficulty listening and talking but I can carry on conversations in writing just fine.

I'm mentally confused, my right side motor skills are not working very well, and my head hurts. I'm very tired.

Problem is progressively worse every day.

Any suggestions, anyone?
