How and Why people Die in their Sleep......

Last night in my dream…….

I am not going to say what I had a dream about,
because that is NOT IMPORTANT.

What is IMPORTANT ..........
is the fact that the Dream made my PHYSICAL BODY Re-act
in such a way that it could have caused DEATH....

In the Dream, My Heart was pounding SO HARD that I was going into Cardiac Arrest.
My “Mind” was telling me to “Wake-Up” so that I could “Realize” that this was “Just-a-Dream” and I could Slow My Heart Down.

I woke-up Breathing Hard, my Heart still Pounding Heavy and my mind, now conscience telling me that it was “Just-a-Dream”.

I truly feel that if I had not awoke from my sleep,
I would have Died In My Sleep.
The record would have simply stated that my Heart had stopped and that I just Died In My Sleep.

Dying in your sleep is probably one of the BEST ways to die in most people's mind,

However, Dreams can turn into NIGHTMARES........

... If You Do Not Wake..Your SOUL is the One I TAKE ......
