Magnesium is a miracle mineral in that it can help resolve a myriad of different health problems. I am trialing Lithium right now to see if it benefits me at all. In addition to the above, I do not use any artificial sweeteners... A good alternative to sugar and artificial sweeteners is Stevia. I also drink over a gallon of water per day. I also try to eat as healthy as possible, though I still tend to drink and use tobacco a little too much.
