[quote:Anonymous Coward 728979:MV8xMjI0ODA4XzE5OTI4Nzc3XzlEOTlGRTQ2] Must be Water Main Breaking Day. Had an old apple tree by the house. Every year, around harvest time, the tree would start dropping it's apples. Nothing unusual or terribly suspect in that. The interesting thing was that it would start dropping them about 30 minutes after the sun set, not a second before. It'd drop them for an hour or so, then not resume dropping them until 30 mins. after the next day's sunset. It'd do this for 4 or 5 days running, then stop entirely. Point being, there's something at work, some long-cycle process, to cause 3 breaks in one day. Something's afoot. [/quote]

The first water main problem struck at 7:30 a.m.
A second water leak occurred around 9 a.m
A third break, in downtown San Diego, may take longer to resolve because of a shortage of available crews.
