It´s not about destruction but rather the crowning achievement of creation: Universal Conciousness.

UPDATE: DOOM? BREATHE CORRECTLY FOLKS

If you catch yourself feeling ever more alarmed and irritated you may be hyperventilating.

Try the following exercise

o Make yourself comfortable on a couch, preferably lay down
o Fold your hands over your navel
o Close your eyes
o Start counting in your head
o During 1,2,3 inhale slowly and evenly in through your nose in a single prolongued inhale
o Push up your hands while inhaling so that you breathe with your belly
o During 4,5,6,7,8,9,10 puff all air out through your mouth
o Make sure your hands go down letting all air out evenly in a single exhale

So in your head 1, 2, 3, (long inhale nose) 4 , (start long exhale mouth) 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10

It will be hard reaching ten at first (you think there is no more air in your lungs) but continue regulating the exhale until all air is out then immeadiately start a new count while inhaling.

You can do this anywhere anytime - 4 or 5 times is usually enough to calm you down completely.

Breathe people.
