You will not be "taken".
When "they" come for you and your family, the intent is simply to kill.
There will be no elucidations a' la Solzhenytsin. Nothing to ruminate over. No "Oh how we burned in the camps...."
Already Govt has no obligation to render habeas corpus. Patriot Act 1 & 2, Military Commissions Act 2006 and 2009, plus Trading With Enemies Act and all the various "Executive Orders" have reduced citizens to chattel. Truth is, that which is owned can be destroyed with impunity. Such is what TPTB have done to America; destroyed our Nation with their Fiat-Money and looting scheme...
