Well, now, the most important thing is that these events are approaching very close, before end of November ! They are announcing the REAL DISCLOSURE FROM THE BENEVOLENT ETs, since the author wrote that he will bring back HARD EVIDENCE OF THE ET EXISTENCE FROM HIS TRIP OUT THERE.

For Julien, the next step is a double step :
1) his boarding with Eve Marchal in an extraterrestrial ship in the coming days, his coming back in a new body and identity on Earth with an ET technology and a hard evidence of the ET existence,
2) a nuclear catastrophe, possibly at Chattanooga, or somewhere else, probably before end of November related to a coming world war (a nuclear war ?), as a new warning against the use of nuclear weapons.
These two steps are related to the coming Ascension Event which has to last several years for a reduced number of people on the planet. This Ascension consists in the rescue of human beings (boarding in a ship and a body change) by other off-world human beings, helped by other species from out there. So, the World ET Referendum "Do You Wish That We Show Up ?" is still available, but, this time, at a very personal level...
EDIT : At the present time, it is not clear whether the nuclear catastrophe would be an inside job or a warning of a natural catastrophe from ETs to back up Julien's story, or both !

PS : there was a mistake in the text about the Navy following Julien's activities (possibly) : it is the Special Communications Requirements Division which was present close to his hotel ! (NOT the Special Requirements Communications Division).
