Original Message Every small business owner I know who has maybe $1-5 million net worth is incredibly snobby and has a HUGE ego. They act like kings and are so proud of themselves. They treat their employees like shit and drive nice BMWs and Mercedes and make a point to brag about their material wealth to everyone they know.

Yet I work right under the CFO of a major corporation (which will remain nameless) and both him and the CEO are as down to Earth as you can get. Super friendly guys, they are each worth over $100 million but you wouldn't know it just by talking to them. They also live in a nice area of town and drive nice cars, but they don't brag about it or rub it in everyone's face.

Why is that?
