Original Message I'm at the lowest point in my life now, trying to recover from an undiagnosed life threatening illness. I talk to my close friends and family and they're "there" for me but I can't seem to demonstrate the magnitude and severity of the thread title. I used to be able to connect with people on a truly sincere level, and now I have no clarity with which to approach relationships or a perspective on anything. The only thing with which I'm certain is that I feel lost.
