Original Message It shouldn't be a surprise how the medical profession spins studies and trends to enhance their profits. Why would they tell people to avoid sun exposure and use sunscreen if those were really healthy things to do? It would be driving customers away if these things were true. You can never trust the medical profession's advice because they profit more the sicker we are. So they kind of "half ass" all their advice, wording it and twisting it so what may appear as sound health advice on the outside is really just a mask over crappy advice designed to head us straight for the doctor.

One of my personal favorites: avoid eggs because they contain high amounts of cholesterol. Eggs contain about 350 mg of cholesterol. But it is broken down by stomach acid and you're lucky if you absorb 10% of it. Meanwhile, your liver produces about one gram of cholesterol daily. So how is avoiding eggs going to do anything? It isn't, but who investigates these things? Well, in the past, nobody did. But now, the medical profession is having a hard time because the internet is exposing all the knowledge they have been intentionally keeping quiet. HA! Thanks to people like Dr. Mercola and Mika Adams of Natural News, we get the real stories on health.

Now, instead of people slapping themselves crazy with poisonous sunscreens, maybe they'll relax and get some nice, healthy sunlight exposure instead. BTW, get your vitamin D levels checked no matter how much time you spend in the sun - production declines with age and illness, just like any other metabolite, and you can prevent all kinds of chronic diseases by making sure levels are where they should be. And don't let your doctor sway you, he's kept in the dark as much as we are. He doesn't realize he's a party to giving out half ass, crapola advice. If he laughs at you, let him - he's the ignorant one.

"Seven leading health groups in the UK have announced a "definitive statement" that reverses decades of ignorant opposition to sunlight exposure. This statement admits what NaturalNews has been teaching for years: That sunlight exposure is good for you and that people should seek to expose themselves to the sun, without sunscreen in order to produce more vitamin D.

This definitive statement was issued by the following non-profits:

Cancer Research UK, National Osteoporosis Society, Multiple Sclerosis Society, British Association of Dermatologists, Diabetes UK, National Heart Forum and the Primary Care Dermatology Society.

The fact that these seven non-profits are now admitting that sunshine is good for you represents a monumental change in the longstanding position of most conventional health non-profits who have long insisted that sunlight is bad for you.

Watch out or sunlight might kill you
That's the position of the American Cancer Society, the American Medical Association, conventional dermatologists and virtually the entire western medical system -- that sunlight is dangerous to your health and the only "safe" way to go outside is after you're slathered up with sunscreen lotions. It is, of course, a philosophy of ignorance and darkness, but it has been the very foundation of the conventional medicine system for so long that most health experts never bothered to question it.

Western medicine, you see, depends on the continuation of widespread vitamin D deficiency. It is that deficiency that promotes cancer, schizophrenia, bone disorders, kidney problems, diabetes, obesity and many other diseases upon which the industrial medical complex depends. For decades, the American medical system has depended on vitamin D deficiency as a cornerstone of its repeat business (and profits). That's why this announcement from these UK non-profits is so dangerous to the medical system in the United States. If people begin to allow a little sunshine into their lives, vitamin D deficiency will plummet -- and cancer rates along with it. That's because vitamin D prevents 77% of all cancers ( [link to www.naturalnews.com]
