Original Message all models including the European have now jumped west to put much of the East Coast from South Carolina to New England in the crosshairs of a snowstorm to start Saturday afternoon. There is a strong possibility of a blizzard along the I-95 corridor from Wilmington Delaware to southern New England come Sunday night and Monday.

The National weather service's HPC decision to disregard the GFS model runs at !2z, 18z and 0z due to initialization problems may end up precipitating a major problem for travelers that think there is no snow coming.
